Another month of developing domain names, ranking domain names, and leasing domain names has quickly come and gone. When you develop first page ranking domain names it’s always easy to monetize them!

Not much time has been spent on the new eBook, but Im going away on vacation this weekend where I plan on a day of writing. With so much business being generated from developing and ranking first page domains it’s going to be a chapter I will focus on.

On another note, I went to Bing.com to search for other NYC marketing company search terms to see what the search engine was returning…and what I found was amazing. On the first page of Bing.com was top ranking new tld domain names! Of course we knew the power of new tld’s, but validating our findings only makes us feel so much more fuzzier inside!

Especially since we have invested in so many new tld’s.

Here is the keyword search I am referring to. As you can see .expert, .best, and .ca (.ca is not a new tld) are non .com domain names that rank on the top of the Bing.com search engine for the search phrase ‘Local SEO Experts’.

So back to leasing domain names. I just got back from a vacation up in the Berkshires. I didn’t get as much pen to virtual paper as I wanted to , but I did finish a chapter (or so) specifically on leasing domain names.

In this chapter on leasing domain names I cover in detail how I hand register domain names and then lease them to local companies for $250, $500, $750, or more per month! In some cases I lease a bundle of hand register domain names for thousands per month to one client alone. Just remember that when you create VALUE it’s easier to transfer that value to others then it is a promise to create value. This is at the core of my philosophy.

The kicker is that they aren’t willing to sign any agreements but insist that if we can produce great results we will be happy with what they will give us!

When we ask them for their thoughts on how they see the best use of the domain, or how they envisioned developing it, silence. No feedback, no ideas. Just a response that they want us to provide that information to them.

They also don’t want to commit to a legal agreement on percentage until they get results!

If this is the type of partnership you are looking for then we aren’t the team for you!
