Where did two years go?

It is literally scary to see that my last post on ePropertyLease.com (which was revised with some updates) was posted two years ago! The Pandemic was raging through-out NYC, and of course the rest of the World, and it’s like time stood still; yet more happened in two years then in a lifetime.

This website is not a “dead project”, but the philosophy of the website is what has kept me from posting here through-out the last few years. Being “stuck home” has allowed me to greatly increase the projects I have been able to work on, clients I’ve served, and knowledge I have accumulated.

My partner and I have also grown both local.nyc and bizista.com where revenue is generated even after all production of content, video production, etc.

We have also developed our very own crypto network…but I won’t be diving into that in this post (but you may see the payment plugin in the WordPress plugin directory!).

So, is leasing domain names for profit dead in 2022?

Heck no is the short answer!

In fact many businesses that had their storefronts shut down by criminal governments around the World relied on people like Us to drive them lifesaving traffic to their websites, and social accounts online. And domain name development plays a central role in all of this!

So where do we go from here?
