2019 has come and gone. Our 2019 Domain Development & Leasing Recap is a summary of the many amazing projects, domain name acquisitions, and clients we have served. Years gone by ePropertyLease.com contained almost bi-weekly blog posts outlining many views, tips, and rants regarding everything related to domain name development, domain name leasing, and domaining in general.

Each year our company grows by leaps and bounds, we acquire more, we serve many more, and time seems to zoom by!

In 2019 we have developed many of the .nyc domains we acquired, premium .nyc domains. These domains include SEM.NYC, SMM.NYC, and many other 3 letter premium domain names that were purchased in the $x,xxx range (at a steal!) These domain names are now ranked top of the first page of Google, and provide us a constant stream of new business through online lead generation.

This is the power of SEO and a great domain name!

In 2019 we also continued the development of two great domains we acquired, Local.nyc and LocalTreeCompany.com; the first being totally focused on New York City, and the latter being a national tree company directory. These domains continue to provide us advertisement revenue, Google ad revenue, and inbound lead generation resulting in new clients for a full range of web development, digital marketing & SEO services.

Local.nyc was acquired in the $x,xxx range, and localtreecompany.com was hand registered!

Premium Domain Names

Another premium domain name we acquired in 2019 (for a steal!) is LandscapeCompany.com

(even after we purchased it we seen it for sale on Godaddy for almost $50,000 dollars! Godaddy stated they would remove the domain as it’s not for sale any longer 🙂 )

This domain name had previously been sold in the HIGH $x,xxx range, however we seen it auctioned on flippa.com and won it for $1,300!!! This domain name is in the future domain name development lineup, and we plan to develop this into a national landscape company directory (like we did for localtreecompany.com). And because we have the best SEO company developing these domains, we rank these websites to the top of Google every-time where they continue to provide high ROI for our company.

In 2019 we also acquired MANY premium .miami domains and other geo targeted TLDs. The .nyc domain extension has proved o be amazing to develop local top ranking websites on, and we invested heavily in acquiring other domains focusing on Miami, and Boston to name a few.

Domain Name Development Partnerships

2019 was also a year of domain name partnerships. In fact this year has been the most active in requests to partner with our company to develop domains, lease domains names, and even form business partnerships (as in we take equity in companies) to provide full service development, marketing, and business growth services for a percentage of business.

In fact 2019 includes partnerships with celebrities, and ultra-luxury global business niche dominators where we provide complete marketing, development. and business growth services for a percentage of ALL sales generated. This has been a game changer, and a HUGE door opener into amazing opportunities. We also have had all-time email requests to partner with us from solopreneuers, and small companies.

We remember our roots and value the love being showed toward us from those still trying to find success in an industry we have come to master. (Brian you were buried in our emails but YOU are definitely getting an accelerated pass to everything we are launching in 2020 for your consistent persistence.)

2019 Domain Name Leasing Opportunities

In 2019 we also continued to lease domain names to local businesses that can benefit from top ranked websites. It was a big juggling act between developing dozens of premium domain names that we owned, for our own use, and a large portfolio of domains names for our clients. On top of developing domain names we broke into app development, and also have developed 3 WordPress plugins now being used by big clients!

2019 was also the year of consolidating in-house technology, big investments in infrastructure, and in new processes to support the big push we are geared up for in 2020. We are also super excited about partnership opportunities, and customer referral program we are growing that gives other domainers, entrepreneurs, and even newbies the ability to bring some sweat equity to the table and have the chance to develop an extremely successful digital marketing & domain name development business partnering with us!
