New Development Project

New domain name development project.

So I am sitting at the BMW dealership waiting for my car to be serviced and I’m catching up on all of the emails submitted through our contact form here on eProperty Lease and I am seeing the same question being asked more frequently.

The question always includes all or parts of – you guys design websites, develop domain names for clients, develop domain names for your own company, produce videos, create logos and brand other businesses so why don’t you do the same for eproperty lease?

The short answer is we never expected or intended for eproperty lease to turn into a business entity in itself, but rather it was more of a blog to update other domain developers; and those looking to become domain name developers the progress and challenges of being a domain name developer.

Now of course we knew as the site grew it would attract more viewers and with more visitors comes more inquiries from those looking for services we provide, but the initial intent of the website was not to become a business in itself. (10Tier.com is our business website)

Well that quickly changed within the first month of even announcing that we were launching the website to our current clients and network of friends and associates who had an immediate interest in us managing their domain names, developing their domain names, and leasing their domain names to other businesses.

So saying all of that we are now going to take a hard look at further developing this website, which includes monetization efforts and building out to focus on Domain Name Leasing and developing domain names to be leased to other companies.
